How to fill in details to an agreement documents before sending it to sign from DocuSign

Hey guys, I’ve been trying out this scenario and couldn’t figure it out, could someone pls help me.

Basically am extracting a person’s name, email id, and deal amount from a Trello card and send it as an agreement to sign in DocuSign.

So the problem am facing is idk how to fill the agreement with the name and deal amount automatically from MAKE, how can I fill in those details before sending it to sign?
