How to get the ticket resolution date from Zendesk?

Hi,

I’m using make.com to connect up zendesk and notion. I’m pushing tickets and their contents into notion and then utilising notions AI features to summarise tickets for review by the wider organisation. Is there a way to get the date/time a ticket is marked as solved? I can’t find it anywhere.

Welcome to the Make community!

Can you provide the output bundle of this module, using a completed/resolved ticket?

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download output bundles”.

A.

Save the bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.
Uploading it here will look like this:

bundle.txt (12.3 KB)

B.

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted output bundle in this manner:

  • Either add three backticks ``` before and after the code, like this:

    ```
    input/output bundle content goes here
    ```

  • Or use the format code button in the editor:

Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

This will allow others to better assist you. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me
I’d rather not share that as it’s live data.
I’m using the watch tickets in a view feature and nothing in the output suggests it could be used. The only two dates I can see are last updated and created at outputs.

Looks like I might need the watch activity to see the audit details, but that doesn’t seem like a good option as can’t combine it with watch tickets in a view
