Solved Zendesk Tickets Not Returned Using the ZD Make an API Call

Hi everyone,

My ZD make an api call module has the url set with, /api/v2/search.json?query=custom_field_26703904151707:checked,

It returns only the tickets that are not Solved. I need all checked tickets regardless of the ticket status.

Changing the module using the query string as the guide suggests, gives an error

All help is greatly appreciated.

Why don’t you make this simple and just use the search tickets module makes it really easy. Just use search by filter.

And just filter for custom field: checked is checked and thats it.
