I have this information in my automated messages for slack and telegram bots. How can I get second line ( total/currency symbol ) in bold?

You can use an online HTML converter Convert Word and PDF files to HTML | Free online HTML editor (wordtohtml.net) to write the entire text and for total/currency symbol use HTML bold element < b >.

Try wrapping the Total Amount in Markdown for bold with *your_text_here*.
