How It Works:
Trigger: When a contact books an appointment, cancels, or doesn’t show up in GoHighLevel, it triggers a webhook.
Action 1: If the appointment is booked, the contact is added to the “Booked” sheet in Google Sheets.
Action 2: If the contact cancels or doesn’t attend, they are automatically removed from the “Booked” sheet and moved to the “Cancelled/No Show” sheets
