Hubspot API Disconnection and scenario trigger

Hey guys, I have 2 questions and I need your help.

For some reason, my Hubspot API/webhook keeps disconnecting after a period of time. To reactivate it, I have to delete the current connection on Make and on Hubspot then reconnect it again which means after the new connection, I have to go into all Scenarios with Hubspot Integration and start editing them one by one.

Secondly, I want to set up a scenario that only triggers when a Hubspot form is submitted but for some reason, I can’t. I only get to schedule the scenario with 15 mins intervals which ends up running 96 times a day and using up my Ops Units even if there was no form submitted last all.

Please What am I doing wrong and is there a way y’all can help me out with both problems?

Thanks in advance.

Can someone please help me out here? :pray:t5:

Hey @Encrypted4D .

  1. The authentication issue could be something within your Hubspot environment, or it could be an issue with Make. I recommend you create a support ticket for this with the Make team.

  2. Yes, it seems like Hubspot doesn’t support a webhook event to be sent when a form is submitted (this is a feature they never developed). However, there are multiple topics online about creating workarounds like

    or

This will probably help you in the right direction
