HubSpot Zapier Text

I have Zapier and I have a workflow set up that when I get a submission from in HubSpot, it sends a text with all the information to my phone. Does anyone know how to do that here?

I can answer the first part: Assume you meant “a form submission” in Hubspot. Set up your Hubspot connection in Make. To start your scenario, use Hubspot On Form Submit as your trigger. You’ll specify which form (by Hubspot name) you want to monitor for submissions. You can pick which fields from the form you want to pack into your SMS message.

(I confess I moved away from this method a few months ago – my Hubspot forms create a new Ticket, and I now trigger based on a Hubspot New Ticket. But I assume the old trigger is still there.)

Hey there,

that depends entirely on what you want to receive the the info in. There is the Make app you can install on your phone and send the data to it as a push notification. You can send a WhatsApp/Messenger message. Or use tools like SMSC to send a text message.

You can connect your own phone to 2Chat and send a message both to you and to the lead that submitted the form.

For sending a message for each form submission, you can use Make connected to Hubspot, or something similar to this.
