Anyone’s HiTL modules stop working? This is really annoying to have this go down and not be reported on the status page

I see you’ve also opened a support ticket, which is great since our Customer Care team has the right tools to investigate and troubleshoot. I see that they confirmed the problem and escalated it to our development team, who will look into it as soon as possible. We’ll make sure to keep you updated on any progress.

I’m actually facing the same issue with the Human-in-the-Loop (HiTL) modules they’ve stopped working for me as well.

As mentioned in my earlier comment, the issue with the human-in-the-loop feature has been escalated to our developers. They’re looking into it, and we’ll update this thread as soon as we have more information.
