payment is pending because it’s the weekend, does this cause Make think I didn’t pay? it won’t execute even though I have 9,000 executions left. Is this what’s causing the error or is it something else?

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. Unfortunately it’s the weekend and they don’t work on weekends, so you’ll have to be patient.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

As Sam mentioned, it’s best to open a ticket with us for any billing or subscription inquiries. I see that you’ve already done that and that you are talking to a colleague of mine. I’m sure they’ll help resolve this shortly.
