I want my money back!

You are using up the credits that produce the artificial voice in my videos and nothing is uploading. I want a refund of my money, this whole month I have been full of errors with you, it comes out correctly and still nothing uploads. You do not give instant attention, you have made my credit from one of the pages I use end up being expensive. I want my refund!

Speaking like this really makes people want to help you, do it more.

You need to find the route cause of your error. This is the community channel we are here to help one another we are not MAKE support you need to message MAKE directly for that.

Now they do respond quickly. I have been patient with this platform. I have lost almost a month of uploading content to my social networks due to the errors on this website. If they cannot provide immediate attention and a solution, I want a refund of my money.

Welcome to the Make community!

For billing issues like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details and sensitive information about your account.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your money back, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

Hi @Andree_Sebastian,

Make doesn’t build anything for you, you build it yourself. If this results in errors, you should also fix them yourself. That is how the platform works… Don’t worry, that is a very common practice in development. Trial and error. Plan-Do-Check-act. Iterative progression, you know?

This community is full of Make enthusiasts that will offer voluntary help, but (most) have no direct relationship to Make. So we don’t have any part in operational decisions.

Feel free to create topics on the issues that you experience, I am sure you will get the help you need!

Cheers,
Henk
