Can you check what the actual error message was? And also what was send to the module as input?
The context provided isn’t that sufficient per se, but I believe one of your mappings might have a wrong datatype because modules expect certain types of data for certain inputs. If you mistakenly map a wrong datatype in might not throw an error instantly but wouldn’t run properly either. This is because the error clearly talked about at least one of the parameters.
My second guess would be integration issues. Reintegrate your email. You can go to integrations to see all available integrations and if you have the option to validate or reintegrate the 365 then do it.
