What are you trying to achieve?
I would like my credits back, since I was called away from one of the courses Make offers. I didn’t have time to close Make and/or my laptop, and it was about 2-3 days before I was finally able to resume the course. But when I went to open the Make Foundation scenario, I got a banner that said, “You’ve used all your credits on the Free plan. Your scenarios will remain paused until your monthly limit resets in 18 days. Don’t want to wait? Upgrade now and enjoy 10,000 credits and 5.0 GB of data transfer starting at only $9.00 per month.”
I really want to get back to the courses but unfortunately, if I am to use the Make Foundation scenario to finish any part of the course. I’d also like to know why it isn’t clear as to how someone does use all their credits, so that I could avoid doing whatever it was that I did to go down to 0. This has actually come at the most inopportune time for me, as I was trying to educate myself with Make so that I could launch a business as soon as possible. So to whomever may be reading this, and has the ability to explain to me what I did, and hopefully give me back my credits, I implore you, Please Please have just a little bit of mercy on me! This is actually the very first thing I could find to do… I don’t know how to directly get in touch with anyone at Make… That would probably be another helpful thing to have posted in clear language, along with a warning on how someone could leave Make open and come back 2-3days later and find all their credits gone…
