Error msg says I only have 52 credits, not enough, but I upgraded and have 10,000 credits

Steps taken so far

I upgraded to get more credits and my dash and a customer support rep says they can see them. But she has not since replied so I’m trying my luck here as I’ve lost two days waiting.

Hi @Steven_Chayer,

it seems like the error message is coming from eleven Labs. Your credits in their system seems to be low.
Your Make credits are fine! :slight_smile:

It did on that particular run, but I got that error message or a similar one on other modules as I attempted to reduce the size of the target WP blog in an effort to complete the test run. I got that message four or five times and now it will not even initiate.

Seems odd becaus the scenario starts and the previous modules run. Make also doesn’t know “1505 credits are required“ - also that’s unrealistic :smiley:
It’s really the error message from the service :slight_smile:

You were correct. It was an ElevenLabs issue. Thank you so much for your help. I’ll check out Simplified Webhooks, too.
