OpenAI: Procedure 'showWarningYouMustBuyCredit' not found

Hi all,

Since this morning all my OpenAI actions are sending me this message.
I do have credits available on OpenAI, so I have no idea about why this issue is happening. Anyone ever faced something similar?

Hello,

I have the same error with the same conditions. I have credits on my plan. There is no possibility of exceeding plan or model limits via api. I couldn’t find any documentation on openai or make.

Would be happy to hear your opinions.

Same here, OpenAI modules created earlier ran smoothly, but no new ones can be created due to the issue listed above.

Having the same issue.
I have credits, but i cannot use the module.

The issue has gone by itself. I do not know how it occured but the open ai modules are working now.

Welcome to the Make community!

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. Make support has access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing potentially sensitive information about your account, scenario variables, and output bundles might not be advisable as it is a public forum.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free Make account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

ISSUE RESOLVED / SOLUTION : I encountered the same error. I didn’t have to wait for it to resolve itself by doing the following:

  1. Go to your “connections” tab
  2. Click the green “verify” button for your OpenAI connection.
  3. Go back to your scenario and the error should be resolved.

It worked instantly in my case.

I have the same problem, a few hours ago. I just updated my bank card to the new one (because it’s expiring soon) and added extra credits (I still had plenty of credit), but it didn’t solve it.
