My goal is to get a list of content on Instagram in which we are tagged in.
I already have a flow in Zapier that does this for us, but I want to exit all automations that we currently run with Zapier and have them through Make instead.

I think there is no specific module for Make regarding the Instagram tagged media. But as a workaround, try using the HTTP module with this endpoint below:
