there’s a bug in the automatic reply template for Instagram Business comments.
It responds in an infinite loop,
I think that each time it responds it considers that there is a new comment to which it responds, and so on.
See if you can get the comment author and filter out the bot’s name/id.

it’s good I understood what was happening, with each new answer from our account, make considered it as a new message and answered it, until it created an infinite loop.
I just had to ask him not to respond to the comment sent from our instagram account.
And it works
