Instagram flow

I would like to set up an automatic Instagram flow for my Instagram page, @tasty_treasures_daily: https://www.instagram.com/tasty_treasures_daily/

The flow should automatically repost reels from other creators, which I have listed in an Excel file (there aren’t many yet, but the list will grow quickly; I just need to get it working first): @tasty_treasures_daily - Google Sheets

I’ve set up the following in make.com, but I’m not sure how to configure the flow to select a new creator each time it posts within the scheduled interval. I also need to ensure that the same reels aren’t reposted more than once and that the scenario loops, starting again from the top of the Excel sheet with a new reel after it has gone through all the entries.

If anyone have a better method to achieve this, I would love to hear it. Or if you can help me finish setting up this process, that would be great.

I am hoping someone can help me finish it completely, so it runs smooth!

I’ve attached several screenshots of my scenario: Tasty Treasures Daily - Google Drive

Hope you can help me.

Kind regards,
Andreas

All you need to do (in Google Sheets because I only use Google Sheets), is to have a new column to track the date that the row/item was last used.

Then, you can begin with a Google Sheets “Search Rows” module, and sort by the date column ascending, limit to one result, so that you get the oldest item (which is the next item) to be used.

Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!

Hi Samlie

Thanks for the quick reply. It makes goods sense, but I am not that technical jet in make. Is it possible you can show me how to set it up?
