Has anyone encountered issues when trying to automate tasks with Instagram for Business on Make.com? My workflow is being disrupted because of a recurring error:

The scenario has failed due to an unsupported get request. The error message indicates: “Object with ID ‘17970224957210365’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation.” It’s suggested to consult the Graph API documentation at [Graph API - Documentation - Meta for Developers] for error code 100, GraphMethodException.

I’ve been trying to get support from Make.com since yesterday morning without any success. Can someone guide me on how to resolve this issue?

It seems that the error message you’re encountering is likely coming directly from Instagram/Meta. To troubleshoot, please try

  • deleting and setting up the module again.
  • creating a new connection might help.
