Hi everyone,
I’m trying to use the following Make.com template:
Manage Instagram Comments with ChatGPT for Automated Responses
Unfortunately, my scenario gets stuck right at the first module – the Instagram for Business module. It just keeps showing as “working” endlessly, but doesn’t throw any error message. I’ve waited several minutes, tried restarting and re-authenticating the Instagram connection, but the issue persists.
I haven’t made any changes to the template yet – just connected the accounts as prompted. The problem occurs immediately when the scenario is triggered.
Has anyone run into this issue before or knows how to fix it?
Would really appreciate any tips
