Intercom "Make an API Call" to search contact

Hi,

I’m trying to search Contact with my external_id into Intercom. It was impossible to do it with the standart module then I’m trying to do an API call for this research.

I tried different tests by query field,…
I’m missing something… Maybe the pagination stuff

Welcome to the Make community!

You cannot individually run each module if you don’t know example values of the “Data”.

Try running the full scenario by clicking the “Run Once” button.

Hi and thanks for your reply.
I’m not sure to understand your answer about the value of the “data”

  • it’s possible to run the module alone with “Run this module only”
  • It’s because the standard Intercom module can only search with Contact_id that i started this new way with an API call
  • I searched on Intercom to confirm where is the value I’m looking for. I’m confident about the naming and the value itself I’m using for my test. (a similar search is working into Intercom app)

Enter a valid UserID into the field if you want to run that module only.

Otherwise the module will not know what UserID contains.

If you can’t find a UserID from a previous scenario execution, then you cannot run this module only.
