Is it possible to post a video to X using videos posted on a telegram channel?

So Is it possible to post a video to X using videos posted on a telegram channel automatically every hours.

I had this very specific idea in mind and I’ve been trying to create it with no luck,

but firstly

  1. is it even possible to turn a raw telegram video post to a twitter post, with no captions just the video itself?

  2. if possible does anyone know how to do this?

But I’m also open to any other solutions using other apps like Google Drive since all im trying to make is a sort of video “gun magazine” where content is just fed onto my X account automatically every hour but with the videos i provide in this “magazine”. So it is an auto-poster but doesn’t find videos automatically.

but im not sure how to even translate videos from other platforms into a twitter post.
