Issue with polling trigger not pulling any data - Apollo.io

Hello,

We have a simple scenario with a Apollo.io’s polling trigger ‘Watch updated contacts’.

The issue is that the trigger is not pulling any data and/or detecting any updates on contacts in our Apollo account.

As you can see, data size is 0. We made sure to manually update the contact in our Apollo account, in between turning the scenario ON and trigger’s scheduled check.

Choose where to start: From now on (we DO NOT want any past data, we only want to register contact updates made moving forward)

What are tried so far:

  • Changing ‘Choose where to start’ on the trigger
  • Trying different limits on the trigger:

Questions:

  1. What are we doing wrong?
  2. When we get this working, is there a way to filter out scenario trigger BEFORE it triggers? In other words, we don’t want the scenario to run on any contact update, but just when we update contact’s list.
