Issues with updating Process Street Form Fields

Hi,

I am trying to update form fields in a workflow run in Process Street. Here are the steps that I have followed:

  1. I have connected Process Street and configured a webhook so that the app notifies Make when a workflow run is created:

  2. I used the Workflow id and run ID to get the form field id that needs to be updated:

  3. My next step is to update the hub email address field. This is what I see when I try to do this:

I am confused and would appreciate some help.

Hi. Try select one Workflow ID to setup the rest of the module and back to map at the end. Maybe it can be an module cache.

Sorry do you mean to put a manual workflow id i.e copy paste?

Yes. Try it manually. If not works, I think you must try delete and add the module again.

Hi Shaheed, I believe Denisse from our support team has gotten back to you on this, but if you copy the workflow ID manually, then select Workflow run form fields, you’ll see the form fields appear in the module.

We are working on updating the connector at the moment, so if you spot anything else please let me know!
