Hi there. I am new to make.com, and am trying to connect Jira Cloud to ClickUp.
I’ve got everything to work except the “Assignee” field. It looks like it processes okay, and I can see the Assignee name in the “input”, but the Assignee “output” is empty.
The ClickUp ticket is automatically being created, but the Assignee field is still empty.
Any ideas on what may be happening?
I’ve attached a couple of screenshots to help explain my issue.

You have turned on the “Map” toggle in the assignees field. This means you need to insert the assignees based on what the field is going to accept. This could mean an array of collections, an array of assignee IDs, or something else.
It is highly unlikely that this field will accept a single “Display Name”.
I do not recommend using the “Map” if you want to assign a single assignee. Simply switch it off and remap the field again.
