I think this should be simple , but I am having difficulties. I have data coming fron retell.ai - namely boolean for ’ is emergency’ and string for address. I need to parse the data via a JSON Parser. However, my string does not error out , but it dosent have any values in the output.

Looks like you did not map the variables into your JSON string?
But why do you need to Parse a New JSON, when you’ve already got the Webhook request already converted into variables?
