Sometimes scenario keeps on processing and I have to reload. And if I had not saved it all changes will be lost

You are using watch trigger. It means it is waiting for data. Hence, it needs some run time data to process.
Like if you are using trigger for new posts upload, you will have to upload a post on website after running it.
And if you won’t save the changes, then you will lose the changes.

WordPress websites can be slow. Don’t forget to save your scenario often especially before manually running it.
