Lead distribution for PPC calls without wrecking ROI

Anyone here mixing PPC call tracking with lead distribution and still keeping reporting clean? I’m using dynamic numbers per campaign and routing calls based on geo + time, but my attribution gets messy once calls transfer or go to overflow. Curious what rules you set (ring time, IVR, duplicate filtering). I’ve tested Phonexa and it helped, but I’m still tuning the workflow.

This usually breaks not because of call tracking, but because attribution and routing are trying to answer two different questions.

Once overflow and transfers exist, ROI reporting depends on who owns the decision at each handoff, not the tool or ruleset.
