I am looking for a Dutch-based Make.com Expert & AI Engineer to partner with.
The Project:
I have founded BossLab, a Sports Tech startup focused on AI fan engagement for professional football clubs.
Status: The MVP is live and functioning.
Traction: The first professional football club (MVV Maastricht) is signed and we are currently demoing the V1 pilot.
The Tech: Currently built on Make + OpenAI + Twilio + Google Sheets.
The Challenge:
I am a commercial founder (Sales/Vision) with āenough technical knowledge to be dangerous,ā but I have hit the limits of my own coding abilities. As we scale to thousands of users and multiple clubs, I need a true architect to professionalize the backend.
What I need:
I am looking for a Technical Partner / CTO (preferably based in Amsterdam or Netherlands) who can:
Optimize the current scenarios (reduce operation load).
Move from Google Sheets to a scalable database (Supabase/SQL).
Build API integrations with external club systems (Ticketing/CMS).
Eventually help manage the roadmap as we onboard more clubs.
Whatās in it for you?
This is not just a āfix my scenarioā gig. I am looking for someone who wants to build a product. We can discuss a project fee, revenue share, or equity depending on your ambition.
If you love football, AI, and building complex Make automations, letās grab a coffee in Amsterdam.
Tech Stack: Make, OpenAI (Assistants API), Twilio, Google Sheets (moving to DB).
Please DM me or reply below with your portfolio/experience!
Hi Gabriel, thanks for checking in!
Yes, that search is successful. I found a technical partner who is already diving into the Phase 1 refactor to move us off Sheets and onto Supabase.
However, we are always looking for talent that fits our āLean Studioā model.
Right now, we are focused on the core backend build, but as we expand into new tools, we are looking for expertise in:
Front-end Styling (Lovable/Framer)
Advanced Twilio/WhatsApp Templates (for Phase 2 marketing).
If you specialize in those areas, feel free to send me your LinkedIn or portfolio. We may have project work soon!
Thanks for sharing the portfolio. The work looks sharp especially exactly.ai, very clean UI.
Context on our stack:
Right now, our primary focus is building the Core Web Application (using React/Supabase/Lovable) rather than marketing sites. Since we are in a closed B2B pilot phase, we donāt have an immediate need for high-conversion landing pages just yet.
However:
As we move to Phase 2/3 (scaling to the mass amateur market later this year), we will likely need dedicated campaign pages separate from the app.
Iāve tagged you in my network as our āGo-to Framer Expert.ā I will reach out when we are ready to launch the public-facing marketing campaigns.
I am Dutch based. Not in Amsterdam, but in Gelderland.
Sounds like a very cool niche and product youāre trying to create. I like the fact that youāre looking for a long-term relationship to build something great.
Based on the tech stack and the plan forward, Iām definitely able to help. Personally, Iām more technically oriented because I love building automations. So, that would be a good fit.
In terms of my experience, Iām make.com certified from foundation to advanced. I have worked with make of course, as well as with the other tools in some regard. My last automation project saved the customer over 1.000 hours per year.
Thanks for reaching out! Itās great to connect with a Netherlands-based expert. That ā1,000 hours savedā metric you mentioned is exactly the kind of ROI we aim to deliver to football clubs.
Transparency on where we are:
I have just secured our first professional client (MVV Maastricht) as a launching partner. We kicked off Phase 1 for our digital assistent this week with a Lead Developer who is currently refactoring our core architecture (Supabase/Make) for this pilot.
My vision goes far beyond one pro club. The real scalability lies in the 25,000 amateur clubs in the Netherlands.
For that roadmap, having local expertise will be crucial, especially for Dutch-specific integrations (like Sportlink/KNVB/iDeal) and understanding the local market dynamics. I am looking for a strategic technical partner to help build that future.
With that context in mind, Iād love to have a call to hear more about your work and explore if there is a fit for the near future.
I know the holiday period is coming up, but I am still flexible for a quick call in the coming days. Let me know what works for you.
Best,
Victor
Thanks for your message and the very best wishes to you too for 2026!
Great to hear that things are going so well with BossLab and that the MVV pilot is about to go live. The āField Planner Botā sounds like a nice, well-defined project ā definitely a good one to kick off/test our collaboration with.
I still have some availability in my schedule over the next two weeks. I can certainly take a look at it. Feel free to send me more details (scope, desired functionality, timeline, etc.), and Iāll block some time and come back with a proposal.
