Hi I am looking for someone who can help me with automation for my small music label.

Here is what I need:

AUTOMATION PROCESS

Google Sheets:

Tracks To Submit

• filled out by A&R or label team member
• Add artist names, title, release code, Release keywords to the google sheet, select dropdown to process (in process, ready to process, processed, upload to google drive)
• once all details are ready the team member selects “ready to process” from drop down and all is done automatically
• After whole process is done drop down will automatically select processed
• once all is processed and checked by team member files are automatically uploaded to google drive

Artist Details Form (Responses)

• responses are automatically taken from google forms submitted by the artist
• Pick artist details from Tracks To Submit google sheet

Track Details Form (Responses)

• responses are automatically taken from google forms submitted by the artist
• pick title track details from Tracks To Submit google sheet

Documents

• create label copy file from template: “Release Code Artist Name - Title LABEL COPY”
• create artist agreement from template: “Release Code Artist Name - Title AGREEMENT”
• send agreement via dropbox sign to the artist

Dropbox folders

• create folder and subfolders on dropbox based on release code

Main folder: “Release Code Artist Name - Title”

Subfolders:

Artwork & Banners

Audio

Documents & Signed Agreement

Music & Lyrics Videos

Social Media & Videos

• upload Label copy to folder: Documents & Signed Agreement
• download audio files and upload to the sub folder: Audio. file name format: “Release Code Artist Name - Title (Mix name)”
• After agreement is signed automatically upload to dropbox folder: Documents & Signed Agreement”

Release Covers

• Create a cover image for the release using Canva template adding Artist Name & Title on the image
• upload the final image (resolution 3000 x 3000) to folder: Artwork & Banners

Release text

• use open ai to create a short max 400 characters text about the release using the artist name, title and release keywords
• also create instagram captions for the release day
• upload doc file with the texts to to dropbox folder: Social Media & Videos
