We are hiring artists and want to provide them with uploaded photos. > When they are finished uploading the design, we need to send out an email for customer to accept/deny the design proof.
Depending on the customer result, we will then need to communicate back to shopify or the google sheet so that we know the order is approved and ready to fulfill.
(We also may need to upload a downloadable link to the finished design into the Shopify line items - more detail on this later)
I’ll set up a seamless Make.com automation to manage design reviews with Proofer, Google Sheets, and Shopify
I’ll configure Make to upload design files directly to Proofer for artists, triggering a customer email once the design is uploaded. This email will prompt the customer to review and approve or deny the design.
Make will automatically update the design status in Google Sheets and notify your Shopify store. For approved designs, I’ll create a process to upload a downloadable link to Shopify line items, ensuring easy access for customers and a quick fulfillment update.
