Looking for Real Estate Automation Dev for Lead Reactivation Voice and SMS Agent

We are looking for a dev with Make.com, Retell, and Twilio experience to help setup automations between lofty.com CRM and KvCore CRM to Retell and twilio for a lead and database reactivation script and flow. Prompting in real estate voice ai is a plus. We want to setup an automation where we set a pipeline or status in the CRM to trigger the outbound call agent and the proper prompt to reengage and reactivate leads into appts or warm them back up. Then set appt, and send confirmation via sms to the lead and the business owner. There will be a second project for inbound agent answering incoming calls about firm listings and need to integrate with those listings and real estate agent website to provide information about propeties and schedule appts with live agent, live transfer or sms.

Lofty.com crm will be first. but the exact same flow will be duplicated for kvcore if successful. yes we already have retell setup but will need help with correct prompting to achieve lead reactivation desired results.
