I have a form in my Knack database where a csv file can be uploaded. I’d like to use Make to parse the CSV file and use the rows to insert new records into a table in the same Knack database.

Have you already managed to get the record with the CSV file from Knack.
If yes, can you show us what the output of the knack module looks like?
Is the csv file always the same format?
If yes you can use the CSV/Parse CSV module to parse the document.
For the next step you can use a Knack create record module to insert the data coming from the csv. It will be in the output of the Parse CSV. Make will automatically loop in all the lines from the csv file.

Well, I had no problem setting up the scenario with a mailhook. I email the CSV and use Parse CSV and add the records to the table. There are a couple fields I can’t get to populate and I’m trying to figure that out now.
But I’ve been trying to get the file from Knack to Make without me emailing it. I setup a form and table where users can upload the CSV file. The file gets saved in a table.
The CSV file would always be the same. It’s just a spreadsheet of bank transactions from our finance guy. It has five columns.
I guess my problem is figuring out how to get the file to output from Knack and get it into Parse CSV.
