Mail sent with Gmail module doesn't show up in the Sent folder

:bullseye: What is your goal?

To have a mail sent with the Gmail module to be visible in Gmail’s Sent folder

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

A scenario that sends mail with the Gmail module does not place the mails in the Gmail account’s Sent folder.

I assumed it would work straight out of the box, but doesn’t seem to do so.

Is there a setting I have missed?

All had the same thing occurring with module I haven’t worried too much about it it’s just a minor limitation. A workaround adding another Gmail module just to reply to your admin when mail is sent

The Gmail “Send an Email” module should automatically create the message in the Gmail account’s Sent folder. There isn’t a setting you need to enable. If it isn’t appearing, check that you’re using the Gmail module (not SMTP), that the connected Gmail account is the one you’re checking, and that you’re not sending through another mail service. If all of those are correct, try reconnecting the Gmail connection in Make.
