Hi @Kipper, welcome to the Make community.

Duplicating scenarios to update email connections is definitely doable, but it’s important to handle it carefully to avoid breaking dependencies, webhooks, or authentication tokens, especially if those scenarios are currently active or linked to shared modules.

I’ve worked on similar Make clean-ups and migration tasks where multiple scenarios needed to be cloned, reconnected, tested, and documented so everything continued running smoothly.

If helpful, I’d be happy to assist with:

• Safely duplicating the scenarios

• Updating email/auth connections across all modules

• Testing each workflow to confirm nothing breaks

• Suggesting small optimizations while updating

You can reach me here or via email at folafoluwaolaneye@gmail.com

You can also view various samples from my website portfolio or book a call if you want to discuss and walkthrough obscope.

Happy to help either way.

No worries. Please share your calendar. We shall go and book the call.

Hi @Kipper

Before you finalize, hear me out; The safe way is to duplicate each scenario, swap the email connection, then validate end-to-end before disabling the originals.

  • Duplicate scenarios and update the email module connection (or shared connection) to the new mailbox

  • Run controlled tests per scenario (webhooks, schedulers, filters, routers) and verify no double-sends

  • Cut over by pausing originals only after the duplicates are confirmed, keeping a rollback path

That gives you a clean mailbox migration without breaking triggers or accidentally sending duplicates.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: I’ve handled similar Make.com scenario migrations where multiple live automations needed connection changes without downtime. Happy to share a checklist for safe cutover and validation if you want.
