Hiring: Make Expert for Automation Project (60–90 days)
Hi everyone!
We’re Minvest – a real estate company from Portugal currently rebuilding our automation and CRM infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Make expert (freelancer) to help us over the next 2–3 months with:
Rebuilding and structuring Make scenarios
Integrations between Meta Ads → forms → Pipedrive → email/WhatsApp
Setting up clean, scalable automation flows
CRM optimization in Pipedrive
Creating documentation and handover guidelines for our internal team
Must-have experience: Make (Integromat) — advanced level Pipedrive CRM Automations for lead generation Ability to document processes clearly Availability to start immediately Freelancers only (no agencies) Portugues is a plus

I can understand how it can become more technical and difficult to handle yourself. I am a Make advanced certified with a background in computer science so quite comfortable in integrating API and custom code beyond simple flows. Would love to talk more about the project
Here are some of the Pipedrive projects-
• For a fintech, I automated their sales flow. This included connecting Lemlist to Pipedrive, setting up lead routing and deal creation, and syncing notifications to custom Slack bots. We eliminated over 200 hours of manual effort while improving pipeline accuracy.
• For an education company, I integrated LearnWorlds with Airtable, Make, and Pipedrive via API handling complex pagination and syncing data in real time.
