I searched the boards for “private scenarios” but didn’t find anything. Is there a way to make a team or team’s scenario private and only visible to admins and people on the team? We have a team who want to make scenarios but do not want those scenarios to be visible to the other teams we have.
Welcome to the Make community!
According to https://www.make.com/en/help/access-management/teams,
Members of a team have access only to scenarios and data that belong to their team.
Therefore, to prevent access to that team’s scenarios, the user must not be an organization owner or admin, and also not a member of the private team.
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues.

P.S.: Did you know, the concepts of about 70% of questions asked on this forum are already covered in the Make Academy. Investing some effort into it will save you lots of time and frustration using Make later!
It does help a bit, but I’ve been trying to figure out how to make the/a private team? It seems like every member of any team can see the active scenarios on the main page of Make instead of just their own team’s scenarios. Does anyone know if this is by design or something weird going on?
edit: The user was signed in with an Accountant account, instead of their member account (has 2 accounts). With the Member account, they couldn’t see the other scenarios. Thanks for the information!
