Are you spending lot of time on sending multiple documents one by one to your customers? We’ve got you covered! Our new Merge & Encrypt Documents solution keeps all your important files in one place, simplifying the process for both you and your clients. Here’s how it works:

Here is the workflow:

  1. Trigger & Retrieve Files
    Start by retrieving the data from your source as part of your workflow.
  2. Get Downloadable Links
    If you already have public file URLs, zip URLs, or zip data, proceed to step 3. Otherwise, follow the required steps to convert your files into the acceptable format.
    For instance, if your data is in multiple columns in Monday.com:
  • Iterate through the files.
  • Download using the “asset id.”
  • Upload to Dropbox.
  • Aggregate the downloadable links.
  • Map them in Doc Crafter as an “array of text.” :sparkles:

  1. Merge Files
    Use the “Merge PDF Files” module from Doc Crafter to combine the files from the previous step into a single, organized document.

  2. Password-Protect the Document
    Secure the merged document by feeding it into the “Encrypt a PDF” module from Doc Crafter and setting a password for added protection.


  3. Share with Your Customer
    Now you’re all set! Share the password-protected document with your customer via a link or attach the downloaded file through your preferred mailing service like Gmail.
