Microsoft Excel/Sharepoint can't access data

I’m trying to retrieve data from an Excel file stored on Sharepoint. What’s weird is I am able to locate the file on the “Site’s Drive, grab the “Site ID”, select the “Drive ID”, select the “Workbook” and “Worksheet”…..but I’m not able to access or retrieve the data in anyway.

The account I’ve connected is also the “Owner” of the .xlsx file. I am able to edit and work in the file, however I get the below error:

RuntimeError

[403] Contact the workbook owner to request edit access.

Does anyone know how to solve this? I’ve attached screenshots. I’d really appreciate any help!

and is the connection in Make under the same account?

Yep, the owner account I’ve pointed to in the screenshot to and the connection I’ve auth’d in Make are the same Microsoft login.
