Monday Automations across boards

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Change the Status of items across all boards based on a few criteria as a schedules task once a day in the morning.

e.g. An item has status “Not Started”, and either the Start Date is today or the Start Date is empty but the Due Date is today and the item has no Dependencies (dependency column) and the item doesn’t have any subitems.

I could figure this out for one board, but I want it to work on all our boards + subitem boards. This is the same issue in run into when making automations in Monday itself btw.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

The setup sounds simple but I am having troubles getting information from all boards (and sub boards) at the same time. I can try "search item by column values, but again, only one board is selectable. We have about 12 active boards so I do not want to make the same automation 12 times.

Hey there,

use List Boards first and then map the Board ID from there in the module in the screenshot.

Oh ok I’ll try that! I started doing it but then was worried it would only get the board IDs and high level data first but not all the column values etc

Sorry me again. I did this and now I wanted to use that to map for looking for specific items based on column values but when I map, I don’t get the filter options when I map?
