Monday.com to Jotform integration

Hi there,
I am building a scenario that gets triggered when status is changed in monday.com board , as a action to this, i want to create a form response in Jotform form.

In this scenario I am using Make an API call module from jotform but getting an error

here’s my configuration for th module

I am very new to this so would really appreciate any help here.

Hello,

From the screenshot that you have shared, it appears that the Jotform Make an API call module is not configured properly. You should consider making sure that the URL should be a relative URL and not the complete URL.

They have a good tutorial on how to use the Make an API call module.
