Moving a task on clickup to another list?

Hi.
I am trying to create an automation on clickup. When a task is done, I want to move it to another list. Each time this list ID is known but different. Is there a module to set a dynamic list id?

where are you getting the list ID from? Are you getting the ID itself directly from somewhere? Or only the name?
