Need Help: Free Option to Convert PDF to Excel in Make.com

I’m working on a scenario where I need to convert a PDF (voter list type files) into Excel so I can process the data further in Google Sheets. I tried using the ComPDFKit PDF Converter, but I keep getting an invalid_token [401] error, and since it’s a paid tool, I can’t move forward with it.

Is there any free alternative or an easy method to handle PDF → Excel conversion directly inside Make.com?

  • Maybe via a different module, open-source API, or workaround?

  • Even a reference to a tested setup or community resource would be really helpful.

Hey Mohammed,

converting PDFs (or processing them in anyway for that matter) is not a straight forward operation. Consequently, tools to do so will be paid.
