I want to extract data from the google sheet into array and write it into my document. here is my flow

The format are very mess. There is anyway that i can adjust the format to be something like this ?

if you want to write out the entire array as a paragraph, maybe switch to a text aggregator module instead of array aggregator converted to a JSON.
