I am using the module VAPI(watch end of call report) webhook. The assistant is prompted to gather first name, last name, and email address. Which it does in VAPI. However the data is not available in the VAPI module.
When I go to the webhook log files I see 98 entries from the 40 second phone call.
When I open the most recent log file it indicates that it is the “end of call report” and within the log file I do see the expected data(first name, last name, and email address) However, I do not see any way of getting that data into my scenario so that I can output it to an email or spreadsheet.
Any help would be appreciated.
