Webhook not receiving data from a VAPI assistant

We are having a hugely frustrating time trying to connect a VAPI voice assistant with make.com, in order to send data from VAPI to an email address in a 2-module Make Scenario.

We have:

  • Cleared all the Google hurdles in order to use a Gmail address in make.com
  • Created a Custom Webhook in make.com
  • Connected the Custom Webhook to a GMail module
  • Copied the Webhook web address
  • Pasted the Webhook address into the Integration section of a newly-created VAPI Tool
  • Used the precise name of the VAPI Tool in the Assistant’s System Prompt for the assistant to trigger a data send from the VAPI assistant to the VAPI Tool
  • Tested the VAPI Assistant

After doing all of that, the data is not being sent from VAPI to the make.com Webhook.

There is an error code 410 in VAPI’s log.

Please could somebody help.

This issue has now been solved. It turned out to be a problem at VAPI’s end.
