Is there a way to be able to send one email for multiple routes. This sceneraio grabs the different urls that have been provided in make could be 1 to or 3. Is there a way to have one email sent notifying it completed certain routes instead having a create & send message at the end that would send mutliple email for 1 scenario depending on the different URLs provided?

This is called the Router Magic Formula. Do one or more routes, then the last (final) route, passing variables between them.
