I tried to get my image from google drive but it does not work with open ia. The file is in png and less than 4MB but it does not work at all. Can you help me ? or if you have another solution to edit an image from google drive to chatgpt.
My goal is to update an image with open ai.

Are you sure that your image is actually a png file? You can google PNG Image Checker online and try to upload your image there and see if it is a real png.
I made the check and this an image PNG but it does not work. I did not find resolution on the group
