I need some help understanding operations. I originally built my integration on Zapier. After a couple of weeks of trial eand error getting it to work I turned it on found that I ran out of tasks in three days. 
Not wanting to invest the time in Make to learn it here and then run out of operations, I’m hoping someone can look at what I want to do and tell me how many operations this would invlove:

Yes, that is possible. You’ll need a minimum of five modules, and probably only 5 operations per execution:
This is just an example. Your final solution may or may not look like this depending on your requirements.
I strongly recommend that you should still complete the Make Academy to avoid running into issues like these.
