Sadly I have had the same problem as @leroynicolas here: Organization Make automatic backup
IĀ“ve deleted my organization by mistake thinking I was deleting the API Key. I think make should improve and securize this mechanism to avoid it repeating again with other users.
Is there a method to recover my org with all my scenarios (hundreds of hours of work) @Michaela?
IĀ“ve seen you have helped others in that. IĀ“ve also opened a ticket but itĀ“s still unnatended and IĀ“m afraid that too many time passes and muy org become unrevoreable.
Hi @Ramon_E,
I am sorry to hear that a tiny misconception led to the consequence of an Organization being deleted. I cannot imagine the need to rebuild a whole Organization. I do hope Make has a backup for you somewhere to revert the human error.
That said, from a community standpoint, I can only advise you to contact the technical support of Make. I do not find other instances of deleted organizations here.
Hope for the best, and please share the outcome.
Cheers,
Henk

For technical issues like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject āTicket Createdā in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, weād still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.

Hello @Ramon_E
I am very sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.
As mentioned above by both Henk and Sam, the community does not have a means of helping out in this situation. However, itās great that you opened a ticket with us. The support team will get back to you as soon as they can and will do what they can to help.
Good luck with this

Letās hope the better
Here is what Custome Care said:
Iām sorry but once the Org has been deleted we can no longer be able to retrieve it. You will need to rebuild it from scratch
Very bad news and a pitty
Well, letĀ“s start from the very beginning
PS: I advice you strongly to have a kind of backup

More relatad bad newsā¦ Before organization deletion I was on a legacy (from Integromat) subscription. It was billed at 9$ monthly.
But now I see (after deletion) that I am in a free suscription mode. IĀ“ve reached customer care to see what they can do to recover my previus billing plan

Damn thatās awful thanks for updating us. Hope they can at least help you out there.
Hi @Ramon_E,
That is amazing news, I am happy for you! I hope Make will take measures to prevent situations like these in the future.
Cheers,
Henk
Maybe Make should not allow users to delete Organizations with a paid subscription, have to downgrade first or contact support for manual deletion?
