Testing worst case scenario :

I was testing the worst-case scenario for the end users before sharing it.
Deleted to the Org. linked to the account for free in make.com

scenario:
I have created an account using my Gmail ID.
Navigated to my profile and then deleted the * [ORGANIZATIONS] created (https://eu2.make.com/user/organizations) created by default.

Error: Now, I’m not able to run any scenario and get the below error once I log in, also I’m getting access to other tenants EU/ US when I log in.

“This organization is unlicensed because you currently have another organization on the Free plan or had one within the past month. Your scenarios are paused until you upgrade to a paid plan or the one month passes.”

Correcting to be done is the design phase,
Suggestion 1: if a user chooses a free trial like me, the user should not have a delete option under ORGANIZATIONS. of must limit set for free uses

Suggestion 2 : Post-implementation the Suggestion 1, any user should able to see other tenants until he login to make.com,
